Easy Returns: If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused and uncut fabrics within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for return.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags or packaging intact.
Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
How to Start a Return: Simply email us at decorachennai@gmail.com or call +91 9840312763 with your order details, and our support team will guide you through the process.
Exclusions: Please note that custom orders, cut fabrics, and clearance items are non‑returnable unless damaged or defective.
International Returns: Unfortunately due to the nature of the international logistics, we will not be able to entertain international returns unless you have received an incorrect fabric altogether which is an error on our side. In rare cases, we may accept international returns by having you ship it to our return address in the US at your own cost and a nominal restocking fee. This will be done on a case by case basis.
