At Decora Furnishings, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and worry‑free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and returns:

Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within India.
  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
  • International Shipping: We use UPS, FedEx or DHL for International Shipping. Tracking number will be updated in the order details as soon as the order is shipped. We use fast shipping services allowing us to deliver to most countries around the world in 2-5 days. Import duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Easy Returns: If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused and uncut fabrics within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for return.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags or packaging intact.
  • Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exclusions: Please note that custom orders, cut fabrics, and clearance items are non‑returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • International Returns: Unfortunately due to the nature of the international logistics, we will not be able to entertain international returns unless you have received an incorrect fabric altogether which is an error on our side. In rare cases, we may accept international returns by having you ship it to our return address in the US at your own cost and a nominal restocking fee. This will be done on a case by case basis.
